3. Contact form (Formspree)

If you use the interest form on our site, your entries (e.g. name, email, message) are sent to us via Formspree, Inc. (USA), which operates the form backend. Formspree processes this data on our behalf to deliver your message by email. See Formspree’s privacy policy.

We use the form only to respond to your enquiry and to gauge interest in Lokboard. We do not use the data for unrelated marketing unless you have agreed separately.

Legal basis (where the GDPR applies): legitimate interests in communicating with interested parties (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and, where needed, steps prior to a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
